The Tallahassee City Commission will review information TONIGHT about the 287g agreement between the federal government and the Tallahassee Police Department related to the enforcement of immigration laws.

Despite the fact that more than a handful of states encourage or require that local law enforcement agencies enter into 287(g) agreements with ICE, Florida leads the way in embracing the harmful program. As of July 22, 2025, Florida law enforcement agencies represent approximately 308 of the 832 active 287(g) agreements in effect with ICE.

STOP TALLAHASSEE FROM BEING NEXT!
