Leon County Indivisible members attended the protest against Trump’s illegal attacks on Venezuela Sunday afternoon, January 4, at the Florida Capital. The protest was sponsored by the Tally Coalition Against Trump. Several hundred diverse, enthusiastic, and committed attendees listened to speeches and participated by holding signs, waving to honking cars passing along Monroe Street, singing songs, and engaging in chants such as, “Trump wants war, Trump wants oil, hands off Venezuelan soil,” in Spanish and English.
