Remember Your Oath is calling on all veterans to join them at Union Station in Washington D.C.:
As veterans of the United States we took an OATH to support and defend the CONSTITUTION, we took upon the DUTY to protect American citizens from anything which threatens our homeland. Now, as we see the National Guard activated and deployed to our streets – this is NOT in keeping with that OATH nor that DUTY. This is a blatant MILITARY OCCUPATION of American cities.

We are calling ALL VETERANS, the FAMILY of veterans and anyone who SUPPORTS veterans to come join us at Union Station in D.C. We will maintain a 24 hour presence in the city until this occupation ends.
What will we do while here:
- Inform our National Guard siblings of their rights to refuse unlawful orders. Educate and encourage.
- Hold National Guard officers to account for accepting the orders to INTIMIDATE the American people.
- Respond to ICE and MPD checkpoints and stops throughout the city to protest, shame them, and assist their victims.
- We will work in shifts so that we maintain a 24 hour presence.
